(d) you acknowledge that the Rules of Professional Conduct of the jurisdictions where you are licensed (“Rules”) apply to all aspects of your participation and that you will abide by such Rules, including, without limitation, restrictions relating to advertising, solicitation of clients, the establishment of attorney-client relationships, the maintenance of client confidences, unauthorised practice of law, and misrepresentations of fact.
